Session 2: 4:00pm - 4:40pm

When booking a place, please email klancaster@cityacademy.co.uk and let us know which subjects you are most interested in pursuing, this will help us tailor your visit to your individual needs.

We are delighted that you are considering joining our thriving Sixth Form. We are very proud to have successfully combined academic excellence for our students with an inclusive, vibrant and creative ethos. The commitment and hard work of our pupils, parents and staff have resulted in our Sixth Form becoming one of the highest performing in Southwark with record numbers progressing to university or the world of work.

The City of London Academy Sixth Form is a centre of excellence, sponsored by the City of London Corporation. We offer you a broad, high quality education with an added focus on our Business & Enterprise and Sport specialisms.

Our enrichment programme offers you a choice of the latest opportunities, from skills-based activities to working within the local community and the City of London. We have a strong tradition in Mathematics, Science and the Arts with plenty of opportunities for you to get involved. There is also Sport at all levels, the Duke of Edinburgh Award and the opportunity to take up a unique placement through the Lord Mayor of the City of London’s Cultural Scholarship Programme. Our highly successful Basketball Academy was launched in 2013 and our teams compete in the Men’s and Women’s Elite Academy Basketball Leagues. These are the top leagues in the UK for school basketball and we are proud to be one of only six Academies in the UK with this offering.
