This year, Broadgate has teamed up with Virgin Active to bring you a real winter warmer - and we are not talking about mulled wine!
Our morning Skatercise classes will have you energised, uplifted and ready to take on the day.
Whether you're keen to try out yoga or work up a sweat with a HIIT session, we promise that you will have never tried a workout quite like these.
Choose from 5 different 30 minute classes on ice, each taking place at 7.30am every Wednesday from 4th January 2017 until 1st February 2017 - perfect to slot in some exercise before heading to the office!
Skatercise Classes: Each class is £10 and cash is to paid before each class
HIIT Ripped (4 Jan)
No frills, just your body and your mat against the timer and the ice. Strip away body fat, get lean and strong super fast! (Don't forget your £10 cash to bring!)
HIIT Box (11 Jan)
Partner up, hit the pads and use the fire in your belly to beast your arms and torso. (Don't forget your £10 cash to bring!)
Broadgate Bootcamp (18 Jan)
Get in shape fast for the party season with a total body workout, Virgin Active bootcamp style. (Don't forget your £10 cash to bring!)
Agni Yoga on Ice (25 Jan)
Stoke the fire in your third chakra for a dynamic, strengthening Yoga practice on ice. (Don't forget your £10 cash to bring!)
Power Pilates (1 Feb)
Encompassing more than 500 controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen muscle without adding bulk. (Don't forget your £10 cash to bring!)
Skatercise class members will have access to Virgin Active Health Club's luxury facilties by the rink to get changed and your ticket will include a free hot drink from the Virgin cafe to keep you warm afterwards!

Please note: Tickets must be paid for at the rink in cash. Please wear warm clothing (hats, gloves, layers) and appropriate footwear.
Weather permitting, classes will go ahead each week. If the ice is too wet, classes will move indoors to the Skate Exchange.
