On this course you will learn how to make a traditional skep bee hive using straw and willow. We will be using traditional techniques and some modern materials to bring it up to date. You will have the option to make a traditional domed roof skep or a more modern flat roofed version which makes it easier to transport your bees.

We will be working in a polytunnel, so you may need to wrap up warm. Tools and materials will be provided.

Hot and cold drinks will be available for a small donation.
