Our September meet-up sees the comeback of our most popular event: Speed Portraiture.
If you haven't been before, this session is set up like speed dating. You have 5-10 minutes to draw the person opposite you, before moving on to draw the next person. 5-10 minutes is a great amount of time to loosen up your hand if you're not a confident portrait sketcher. It also gives you the chance to get to know people around the room you might not otherwise speak to!
This session will start promptly at 6pm - make sure you arrive early enough to grab a drink and a seat! We'll be taking a break halfway through, to allow everyone to grab another drink and order one of The Salisbury Arm's delicious pizzas, if you fancy.
As always, anyone is welcome at Sketch & Social - whether you're a professional artist or a complete beginner. Please make sure to bring your own materials (i.e. sketchbook and whatever you like to sketch with).
Come along for the chance to meet fellow creatives and explore your artistic side!
