Description

As the ski season draws closer, why not sign up to a one-off session with our Strength and Conditioning Coach James Phillips who will go through a basic strength programme designed to keep those legs strong and sturdy whilst on the slopes.

Concerned about your niggly knee, that your mates might beat you down the slopes, or even that you won’t last skiing holiday, this workshop will prepare your body for every challenge. Each session will be limited to 6 people, meaning you will have an individual focus to work on any worries you might have.

The intermediate/advanced class is for those with gym/resistance training experience. There is also a beginners class on the 8th of November.
