Skill share and networking day for local campaign groups in Scotland
Saturday, 16 November 2013 from 12:00 to 16:30 (GMT)
Glasgow, United Kingdom
Campaigning can be tough: we are fighting to change the world and sometimes this can seem like an impossible task. But every day local groups across Scotland are working together to challenge injustice and win a better future for everyone.
If you are a member of a local campaign this event is for you: it is a chance to meet people campaigning on similar issues, to share ideas and skills, and come away feeling revitalised - it's all about you...
- Workshops on social media, craftivism and local media
- Open space session for participants to set their own agenda
- Meet other campaigners and develop your ideas and solutions for successful campaigning
- Free lunch provided with plenty of time to chat, network and visit the campaign stalls.
People new to campaigning and keen to get more active are also very welcome to join us.
Any questions, please phone Jane on 0131 243 2730
