Following the UK-wide launch of Amnesty’s Defend Dissent campaign, join the Amnesty UK Youth Team for a practical training session designed to help you grow the movement on your campus and beyond.

Across the UK dozens of outreach teams are aiming to spark thousands of community conversations and win widespread support for the Defend Dissent Charter. Whether you're just getting started or looking to sharpen your skills, this session will help you build confidence in:

Building a team – creating a welcoming, motivated group that works together to hit your outreach goals

Holding conversations – engaging students, staff, and the wider community in meaningful dialogue about why Defend Dissent matters

Securing support – turning conversations into real commitments to the campaign
