This short workshops includes the skills of: Giving supportive and objective feedback to adults Demonstrating consideration and care for those you are giving feedback to. Understanding the risk of assumptions. Using adult to adult style language and avoiding patronising speech. Demonstrating active listening The art of good questions. Additional Permit assessment and Activity Permit assessment for Nights Away Pemits and Activuty Permits. Technical skills are assessed by nominated District or County Team Members. Further guidance will be available on the workshop. Additional training is available for Learning Assessors in the use of My Learning, A date for additional learning will be agreed at the end of the workshop.
