Do you lack confidence in speaking up as an ally in or out of the moment?
Could refreshing on the model and techniques included in the Actionable allyship training help you?
This practical workshop will enable you to understand and effectively apply the BIFF model in practical scenarios.
An interactive space to explore what allyship looks like in action, and how we can all use our voice to support inclusion at UHS. We will cover how we can be more aware of your own behaviours and biases. There will be practical activities to help us to understand what you need to do to role model good practice on allyship, and how to challenge bias, micro-aggressions and inappropriate behaviours. These activities and discussions should help us to understand the role we can all play, personally, to support and build on the culture of inclusion at UHS.
This session is open to all staff who are interested in having a voice and supporting and building a culture of inclusion at UHS. Please come along and join in.
