Skills for Volunteers - Listen Up, Speak Up Training with NSPCC

Whether you volunteer at your local Community Cafe or Charity Shop, this training is designed for those of us who don't require specific Safeguarding training, but may still be in an environment where you interact with families and children.

If you could be in a situation where you notice something about a child, young person or family, it is important you know what to do if you happen to see something that worries you. This training will equip you with the skills and confidence to know what to do if you have a concern, whether from your volunteering role or from everyday life.

This training is offered free to volunteers of CTSI Member Organisations. If you are not sure if your organisation is a member with CTSI, please contact admin@ctsi.org.uk to check.
