Effective negotiation skills are fundamental to your ability to succeed in the workplace, whether you want to go into Law or any other professional environment. Settling differences without resorting to argument whilst achieving the best resolution possible is no mean feat! It requires and tests numerous skills, including communication, both questioning and listening, building rapport and effective relationships and good decision making.
This Skills Masterclass is an opportunity to get an insight into the use of negotiation in the legal sector, as well its wider application, and gain some practical experience of the art.
