- To achieve your strategic business objectives, you need to ensure an effective talent pipeline into your business.
- Yet, across a range of priority business sectors, including digital, construction and manufacturing there are shortages of talented new recruits.
- This is often affected by often having insufficient tutors within learning providers and Further Education to train your employees of the future, with tutor shortages reported across these sectors.
West and North Yorkshire Chamber, partnered with Yorkshire Learning Providers invite you to join them to discuss this and to explore potential solutions that meet your business needs as well as helping young people to fulfil their potential and unlock economic growth in our region. Your input will also help to inform strategy through the Local Skills Improvement Plan, which helps to inform both local and national policy.
