About this Event

A successful wellbeing programme can improve your organisation’s performance, bottom line and reputation. But with all the other priorities you’re juggling, it can be tough to find time to design and deliver it. This session explores how to take out some of the legwork (and frustrations). With UK‐wide stress‐anxiety‐depression sickness absence days up by 23% in a single year, it matters more than ever that we get wellbeing right. Distilled from nearly 20 years’ experience of delivering organisational change, this session’s packed with tips and techniques (and quite a few things I learned the hard way, and wish I’d known sooner!). We’ll also explore the Stress Converter Process, designed to embed the skills to convert the problem stresses into neutral or useful. It gently builds on what’s already working, underpinning increased wellbeing, and often resulting in people worrying less, sleeping better, feeling less overloaded, and dealing more smoothly with challenging relationships.

Guest Speaker: Sue Evans

Sue has delivered Operational Excellence and culture change, leading the introduction of Continuous Improvement from scratch within several international organisations. Highlights include leading a programme which more than doubled site productivity, and delivering £1.9M waste reduction in under 5 months. She understands the challenges of changing mindsets and behaviours.

The skills which Sue shares within wellbeing programmes have been honed over almost 10 years of working one‐to‐one and with groups, and have underpinned numerous breakthroughs. Most take only around 10 minutes to learn, and many people start to notice differences right away.

Sue is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP (neuro‐linguistic programming), and an Approved Havening® Practitioner, trained in each by the original creators. She has a Diploma in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), a combined Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Coaching and NLP; and Institute of Leadership and Management certification as a Mentor and Coach. Sue created the FAST Pathways® programme to share powerful skills for better Mental Health.
