How can I travel to my Skindyllic Session at Hugo & Green?

Hugo & Green is a short 10-15 minute walk from Brighton train station. Arrival via bus routes are also easily accessible, and there is ample car parking available across the city, for example the car park at Churchill Square is very close, along with other NCP and roadside Pay by Phone options.

What shall I bring to my Session?

Accepted Answer

For this session you will need...a cushion or bolster to sit on, as well as a blanket or layers during the cooler months. You may also what to bring an eye mask to further help you relax into the practice, and if you have long hair, you may also like to bring a scrunchie or hair tie.

What should I wear to this session?

Accepted Answer

For this session we recommend comfortable loose clothing you can relax in, layers so you can easily find your most ambient temperature, Hugo and Green is a warmish environment for all the lovely house plants to thrive, so we find to be a good temperature for us to be still too.

Yes, absolutely, please use the contact page outside of sessions or if you have a question you want guidance on before or after each session please ask. We will honour any 'housekeeping' before we start each session, but please avoid asking questions during the meditation practice directly.
