Skosh Crafts and Sharers
Sat 5 March 2016, 19:00 – 22:00 GMT
New independent restaurant Skosh will finally be opening it's doors at 98 Micklegate this spring. To celebrate, Neil and the team will be taking to the road for a series of unique popups - 'A Taste of Skosh'
The journey starts at Henshaw's Arts and Crafts centre, with an evening which will focus as much on the tableware as on the delectable menu of snacks and sharing platters. Ingredient highlights such as Dalebred mutton from Nethergill Farm or Tomlinson's Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb, will be matched by the bespoke ceramics from Caroline Burton and Jess Jos, or Yorkshire Stone candles by John Harris (all made specially for the new restaurant!).
An exhibition from local arts and crafts producers will open the evening from 7PM, while Henshaw’s will be running the bar all night, with all proceeds going towards the Arts and Crafts Centre.
