 Nick Palmer, who is a patent attorney at Forresters.  Nick has experience advising business owners on protecting their products and branding, and helping avoid (or settle!) disputes with competitors.  Nick works with a range of clients of all shapes and sizes, from individuals selling products on e-commerce sites to multi-nationals launching products internationally.  Nick has a PhD in computer science and has particular expertise assisting tech start-ups on protecting their ideas and software.
