Webinar overview

This webinar will begin by introducing participants to the science of sleep, why we need it, how it changes as we get older, and the impact of having a brain injury on sleep quantity and sleep quality.

Attendees will learn why sleep is so important in rehabilitation, ongoing care and the impact improved sleep can have on both physical and mental health.

Finally, Dr David Lee will introduce attendees to some strategies to help improve sleep and detail what help is available to those individuals struggling with sleep problems.
