The Sleep Success Programme covers why sleep is important and gives you tips for developing good sleep routines.
The course is 4 weekly sessions, 2 hours each week.
It covers:
· Identifying sleep issues
· Sleep and wellbeing
· Causes of sleep issues
· Bedtime routines and more
Who is it for?
This course is suitable for families with children 12 months and older who are having sleep issues.
Please note:
These sessions are for parents/carers and other adult family members only.

Tickets must be booked for each individual attending the course. If you are bringing a partner or other family member, book them a ticket too.
