SLEEP WELL Course

Do you sometimes lie in bed wishing you were asleep? Do you find that your mind is buzzing in the middle of the night, preventing you from getting off to sleep? Wish you could sleep better?
Join in this course, over three evenings, to discover how to equip your unconscious mind, to sleep peacefully. You will enjoy relaxation and hypnotherapy to enable your mind to re-programme and enable you to sleep well. Dates for the course are Thursday 20th and 27th April and 4th May. Maximum of 8 participants. Bring bed socks!
