Join us as we combine the power of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping and yoga practices to let go of your day and facilitate a restorative night’s sleep.
Alice will guide you through a simple EFT tapping sequence to reset the stress response in your body and brain, allowing new, healthier patterns to emerge.
Angela will lead you through calming yogic breathing techniques, releasing postures and a delicious guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm, peaceful and ready for bed.
In this masterclass you will:
• Learn EFT techniques to help you fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep soundly.
• Practise yoga postures, breathing and meditation to promote a good night’s sleep
• Receive a handout detailing the EFT points and the process
• Receive a handout about sleep and yoga
• Receive a recording of the masterclass for you to watch again and again
