Overview
A workshop focusing on supporting children and adolescents (age 5-18) with sleep difficulties in Hertfordshire
Please note, tickets for this workshop are limited. Only purchase a ticket if you are certain you can attend. If you can no longer attend or change your mind, please ensure you cancel your ticket so that another family can take your space. Resources and a PDF of the workshop will only be sent to those that attend.
Who is this workshop for?
- Parents/carers of children and young people, living in Hertfordshire who are struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep
- The content can be applied to younger children in primary school and older children in secondary school
