Sleep issues are common for children and young people and can have a huge impact on the quality of family life. This two-hour interactive workshop looks at the importance of sleep, understanding of sleep science, causes of sleep issues and strategies to help.

This session will be delivered by Warwickshire's parent programme facilitators who have been trained to a high standard by The National Sleep Charity.

Delivered on Thursday, 2nd October 2025 at 9:30am-11:30am

This workshop is suitable for parents/carers whose children are aged 1+ years. Once you have registered for the session you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions please email us at ehparenttrainers@warwickshire.gov.uk
