On your first night it is £10.95 and then each week it is £5.95. You can save money purchasing a countdown course paying for 6 or 12 weeks up front and getting a discount for this commitment. Senior members (60+) received a 30p discount also.

Do I have to come to the same session each week

No - ideally, you will find a regular session that works for you most of the time, but with three sessions to choose from, you can come to whichever session works for you each week.
