Sling & Sing - Nov 26th

Bring your baby, your tiredness, your overwhelm, your joy, and let’s sing together. We'll sing beautiful lullabies from around the world - all taught by ear and noone will ever be asked to sing alone. This is a chance to prioritise your wellbeing - your nervous system is the blueprint for your child’s. After some singing, we'll have time to enjoy some cake and chat with other mums.

All voices and all babies welcome - slings, buggies, crawling, feeding, or snoozing.

You may wish to bring a blanket or playmat for your little one.

A bit about me..

Hi, I’m Becky — mum to Theo (3) and baby Cora (5 months). We moved to Potters Bar about five years ago and absolutely love it here.

Music and singing have always been a big part of my life! I sing and play the violin and piano, and while studying music at uni I had great fun conducting choirs and groups.

Now, as a mum, I’ve realised how special it is to share music in a relaxed, friendly space — somewhere we can sing, laugh, and connect with other mums while our little ones enjoy the sounds too.

I can’t wait to meet you and your babies and share some lovely, musical moments together!
