Is a lively class combining energetic Latin and international music with dance movements, creating a fun and effective workout that feels more like a dance party than a traditional exercise. Participants follow the instructor's lead, engaging in rhythmic choreography that targets various muscle groups, boosts cardiovascular fitness, and fosters a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
The Event is Open to all levels of participants from complete beginners to regular dancers. The aim is to get people active and drive away the winter blues.
