What to Expect Feb-March:
Whether you are brand new to yoga or have practised yoga for a while, this class provides you with 60 minutes to slow down from the daily hustle and bustle of life.
🌿 Mindful Start: Begin with a moment of mindfulness to set a positive intention for your practice as we use the breath (pranayama) to calm our nervous system to rest and digest.
🧘♀️ Yoga poses: Explore fundamental yoga poses (asana) and movements designed to support flexibility and strength.
🌬️ Breath Awareness: Discover the power of pranayama as you practice the regulation of the breath through techniques and exercises.
🧘♂️ Restoration: End the session with a restorative pose as you bathe in savasana.
Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance-qualified yoga instructor, Chloé, will provide guidance and help you have a safe yoga experience. Chloé is also trained in post-natal yoga and Yin yoga.
What to wear or bring:

✔️ Yoga mat or towel (if you would like to borrow a mat, please let me know when you book a session)
✔️ A water bottle
