In this 2hrs live Zoom yoga session we will indulge in a sequence of slow, breath-guided asana, meditation and relaxation practice, exploring sense of coming home and being at ease with here and now, in our body/minds as they are, and within the immediate space we inhabit. The workshop will celebrate the idea of slow living, as well as the practice of joyful resilience and contagious calm.
This session is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced practitioners. However, if you are a total beginner and never tried yoga before, it would be better to meet you first in some of the shorter weekly classes. Please get in touch via www.yogawithmairi.com if interested in that option.
