Hatha Yoga seeks to attain stillness of mind by achieving stillness of body. In this practice, we will be holding each pose for 2-7 breaths, finding ease and comfort as we familiarise ourselves to each asana, connecting our breath with each movement.

The class is well suited to beginners, and great care has been taken to make the class as accessible as possible. Variations, modifications and props will all be provided to tailor the practice to each person. There will also be hands on assistance and adjustment on offer if you wish to understand how it feels to be in each asana.
