This month we are joined by Emma from 'Embrace the Menopause'.
After 25 years in education, perimenopause came into Emma's life, just at the time when she wanted a change, a challenge and a purpose which would both inspire others and fit in with how she wanted to lead the rest of her life. Training to become a menopause coach and starting Embrace the Menopause was just that.
"My goal is to support women to make a difference in their own lives so they can Embrace their Menopause, feel empowered, energised and in love with their new selves. I am going to build a community where women feel safe, supported and above all have fun."
