Small Group GCSE Biology Revision Sessions

This course is a great way for students to prepare for their GCSEs. Our experienced teacher will guide students through the topics refreshing their knowledge and filling in any gaps in their learning. This course is designed to be as interactive as possible, encouraging students to cooperatively recall as much information as possible before it is covered by our tutor. This course is not specific to an exam board as the aim of the course is to refresh and re-learn content, not prepare for exams.

Learners will also be supported beyond the course though provision of notes and exam question booklets.

These small group sessions are designed to be interactive (with no more than 4 students per group), so they will provoke you to actively think on your feet and recall information, and each session will conclude with exploring exam questions around topic

Sessions will be £15/ hour

Suitable for AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC

Students have the option to have their lessons online or face-to-face (based in North London, N11 area, exact location details will be sent nearer the time)

How will the course be structured? 🤔

Cell biology, Organisation, Infection & response, Bioenergetics, Homeostasis & response, Inheritance, variation & evolution, Ecology, Exam preparation

Who will be leading the sessions? 🤔

⭐ These sessions will be led by Miya, an experienced tutor who has been teaching for nearly five years, currently in her fourth year of dentistry at King's College London. Miya, having sat the new exams, understands how stressful they can be, therefore she hopes to share her tips which enabled her to achieve 9 Grade 9s at GCSEs and 3 A*s at A-levels, and she aims to help you achieve your goals and boost your confidence!
