Join us for an inspiring evening with author Rachel Kelly in conversation with Jane Garvey (BBC Woman's Hour) about her journey from darkness to happiness.
Rachel Kelly was trying to have it all as a journalist, wife and mother, yet she nearly lost everything through depression. Having overcome a very dark time in her life, she now campaigns for mental health and is on a mission to help others discover the simple steps which have helped her lead a happier life.
"Age-old wisdom delivered with new magic, this book is a balanced and gentle companion on the road to a happier life" ~ Oliver James
"I absolutely LOVE this book. It's so gracefully accomplished and full of hope and practicality. Stretches out a hand to the lonely, the lost and the exhausted. It's a great gift of hard-won wisdom" ~ Matthew d'Ancona (The Guardian)
