Day 1 involves a conference in City Hall, London, supported by the Mayor of London and in partnership with Hydrogen London (which is working towards a hydrogen economy for London and the UK) and the Mayor’s Smart London Plan (which looks at the role digital technology can play in helping to address the challenges associated with the projected growth in London’s population to ten million by 2030).

Day 2 entails several events including a workshop on Horizon 2020 funding for projects relating to the theme of 'smart cities'.
Delegates may register separately for individual events or for both days (discount applies). Delegates who registered at the Early Bird rate for the 27 October conference will be offered the option to register for additional events on 28 October at the discounted rate (see below).

Do I have to attend both days?
Day 2 is tailored for innovative companies, whereas delegates for Day 1 will be a mix of companies, investors, advisors and policy makers. Each day is self-contained, although of course, we would recommend that innovative companies attend both.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, but there will be an administration fee of £20. Please email email@example.com with your request.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds may be requested but there is an administration/cancellation charge depending on when your request is received. Refunds requested more than 28 days before the start of the event will be subject to an admin charge of £30. Refunds requested between 27 and 14 days before the start of the event are subject to an admin charge of £45; between 13 and 8 days before the start, an admin charge of £60. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event start.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Tickets may be transferred to a colleague but there will be an administration charge (see above). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
