This reception at the Crystal on Sunday 26 October is an informal networking event which takes place ahead of Smart Future London 2014 (27-28 October, in other London venues). The event is open to delegates attending Smart Future London and invited guests.
The Crystal, located in is a sustainable cities initiative by Siemens exploring the future of cities. It is home to the world's largest exhibition focused on urban sustainability and a world-class center for dialogue, discovery and learning.

Smart Future London
Day 1 involves a conference in City Hall, London, supported by the Mayor of London and in partnership with Hydrogen London (which is working towards a hydrogen economy for London and the UK) and the Mayor’s Smart London Plan (which looks at the role digital technology can play in helping to address the challenges associated with the projected growth in London’s population to ten million by 2030).
Day 2 entails several events including a workshop on Horizon 2020 funding for projects relating to the theme of 'smart cities'.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, but there will be an administration fee of £20. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds may be requested but there is an administration/cancellation charge depending on when your request is received. Refunds requested more than 28 days before the start of the event will be subject to an admin charge of £30. Refunds requested between 27 and 14 days before the start of the event are subject to an admin charge of £45; between 13 and 8 days before the start, an admin charge of £60. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event start.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
