Description

Smart Health North

The world as we know it is changing and the pace will be rapid. Powered by advances in sensor technology, the internet of things is expanding. The impact will be felt across our northern cities, by our businesses and into our homes. Liverpool is no exception, with initiatives underway across the city that have the potential to forever change the way we work and live together.

But what are these changes? How will they affect us? When will they come online? What can we do to develop them faster and more efficiently?

This event is the second in our series of Smart City events, aiming to bring together Smart City innovators and businesses with real challenges helping our Smart City economy to engage, share ideas and move the conversation forward to tangible outcomes.

The event will include presentations and discussion focusing on Smart Healthcare & MedTech, and will cover topics including how data and digital technologies are improving the quality of people’s lives, immersive technology for health education and mental health in the workplace.

Confirmed speakers include Liverpool Health Partners, Alder Hey Innovation and Innovation Agency, with other leaders in this field to be announced shortly.
