Smarter Commercial Energy: Masterclass
Wed 5 April 2017, 13:00 – 19:30 BST
The Solar Trade Association, Delta-ee and Gowling WLG are bringing together experts from their respective networks to share knowledge on the practicalities and opportunities of smarter commercial energy. This masterclass will focus on how commercial energy users can reduce their energy costs and meet CSR requirements through new technologies (e.g. energy storage, low-carbon generation), business models (e.g. PPAs, demand response) and market approaches (e.g. P2P trading, blockchain).
This follows our sell-out masterclass on large-scale storage and renewables in October. As before, the intention is to break through the high-level overviews to really dig into the details: we'll hear from experts developing real projects on what they have learned. With three streams covering generation, demand and holistic solutions, attendees will take away a deeper knowledge of the technical, policy and finance aspects of smarter commercial energy as well as the market opportunities. We have a great lineup of speakers already confirmed including:
Who should attend?
Energy managers, corporates, RE100 companies, commercial solar developers and installers, storage providers, CHP providers, PPA providers, DSR providers, aggregators, “smart” startups, energy suppliers, traders, ESCOs.
