• Practical frameworks (like the marketing funnel and 7Ps) to guide smarter decisions.
• Ways to retain customers, build loyalty, and avoid common “growth traps.”

With space for just 20–30 businesses, the session will be hands-on, jargon-free, and focused on helping you cut through the noise.
