Smartphone Photography For Your Business

Smartphone Photography For Your Business

By Salford Community Libraries

Overview

A Build a Business workshop delivered by photographer Breige Cobane

Basic techniques to improve the photographs you take on your phone!

For any new start up, cash flow can be tricky and professional photography may be out of reach.

This workshop aims to give business owners the confidence to promote their products (or the face behind those products!) with images taken on any smartphone and without the need to buy any additional kit.

Topics will include-

  • Using natural light, background and composition
  • Editing using your phone
  • Tips for product photography
  • Taking your own portrait/ headshot

The workshop will have time built in for you to practice photography so if you have an easily transportable product, feel free to bring it along

This workshop will be delivered by Breige Cobane

Breige is a freelance photographer specialising in photographing people. Breige left a career in local government to pursue photography as a full time career, and to her surprise is still making it work over three years later! 🙂

You can check out some of her work (along with her self portrait taken on a creaking android phone) at www.breigecobane.com
