Leeds University Business School is delighted to invite small business owners and senior leaders to join us at our SME Leaders Forum in November. Our forum events bring together local business owners to help facilitate networking.
The SME workplace is changing rapidly. More employees than ever have now experienced home working and are reluctant to go back to the old 9-5 in an office. Many businesses have discovered that much of their staff are able to work successfully remotely and are now questioning whether they need to retain their offices.
Greater flexibility in when and where people work raises fundamental questions over what the future workplace should look like. Do we still need offices and if so, what should they be like in order to offer something that working from home can’t? How do we ensure that the flexibility that working from home offers doesn’t come at a cost to individuals or to their organisations?
Join us to hear from a leading expert on how people interact with their working environments, followed by an interactive workshop that will help you think through some of these issues for your organisation.
