This one hour session consists of a live tutorial lasting one hour on ZOOM

• Eligibility and regulatory context
• Duties and responsibilities of the SMF3 - Companies Act 2006
• Categories and roles of directors
• Liabilities, Record Keeping and references
• SM&CR onboarding

On completion all who pass the exam will be certified as accredited by IFAC to act as SMF3 company directors under SM&CR under FCA rules.

60 minute session starts at 10am until 11am
