Smile, Crocodile, Smile - Book reading and 3D printed toy session
Date and time
Description
In celebration of the first childrens book and 3D printed toy combo, iMakr - the worlds largest 3D printing store, is proud to host award winning animator, and creator of the popular childrens series 64 Zoo Lane, An Vrombaut to give a special half-term reading of her childrens story Smile, Crocodile, Smile, followed by an arts session of colouring and painting at their London store location in Farringdon.
The story, which follows a day in the life of Clarabella Crocodile and her friends, is inspiration behind the creation of a special 3D printed toy, which features a rotatable head, and space to hold a toothbrush - making it suitable for both bathroom and toybox! Book now to reserve a special place on the day which includes a free 3D print of Clarabella, which can be collected on the day; perfect for painting during the arts session!
The event is suitable for 3 - 7 years olds, but both younger and older children welcome :) All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Staff at the iMakr store will also be on hand to provide information about 3D printing and answer any questions related to this exciting technology; with machines running so you can see the action live!
Award winning childrens books app, MeBooks, will also be showcasing their childrens book and comic software - a great opportunity to try this hands on reading app.
Refreshments provided on the day by imakr.
Please note: Tickets which include a Clarabella toy must be reserved by Sunday May 17th at 7pm.
