This award-winning festival has become in just three years the largest BBQ festival in the UK, a great family weekend and charity event in support of the Air Ambulance. A celebration of the art of cooking with fire & smoke.
Our festivals are friendly and relaxed affairs. Naturally, sourcing ethically and sustainability are also at the top of our menu in everything we do. Cooking with fire has been part of human existence for nearly two million years; it is how our brains evolved to become so sophisticated. Tossing a raw hunk of meat into the flames and watching it sizzle is how it began. Thankfully our cooking skills over fire have also developed significantly since then! Cooking with Smoke and Fire is the perfect antidote to our rushed and hectic lives. It is relaxing, it is in the moment, it slows us down. It ignites our senses. It brings people together; to feast, celebrate and share delicious food and create memorable times. It is indiscriminate; it brings people together regardless of creed, colour, race, age and gender.
