Do you use social network analysis in your work? Are you keen on exploring and testing new software to take your research to the next level? Or have you just learned about network research and want to find out what SNA can do for you? Then join us on 10 November at the Futures Institute at the University of Edinburgh for a free SNA software workshop!


This workshop is open to any (aspiring) PhD network analysist in Scotland. Please join us for a morning of software carpentry on R, Visone and Gephi, hosted by three experts from the Social Network Analysis in Scotland Group. You will be able to join any one of our software workshops to learn more about SNA software and how you can use it, so come armed with questions and ideas. For beginners, we will also host an introduction to network analysis, so if you're not sure where to get started, this workshop is still for you.


Please note that while this workshop is particularly aimed at PhD researchers in Scotland, we welcome participants at all career stages. Priority will be given to PhD researchers and early career scholars. Keep an eye on your mailbox and wait for confirmation that you were succeesful in securing a place before you book transport! Confirmation emails will be sent out by 3 November.
