Course outline: GDPR Compliance

The world of GDPR can be a daunting place. In this course we will look at the impact that it might have on your surveys and your data collection process. From the way you collect data, to the way your store or delete data, we will look at various scenarios to help you along the way.

Objective

Attending this course will enable you to:

• Create a consent question in order for your respondents to proceed
• Delete a survey/data including places you may not have thought of
• Send targeted email invites and reminders while anonymizing the collected data
• Add Opt-Out links to your invitations and reminders
• Amend an individual’s data including removing identifiers
• Remove an individual’s data including their email address used for sending of invitations
• Prevent an individual from receiving further invites or reminders to a survey
• Prevent an individual from accessing a survey, even after an invite has been received
