Course outline: Snap Offline Interviewer & Participants

Snap XMP uses the Snap Offline Interviewer (SOI) app to gather data using tablets, smartphones, and kiosks without the need for a reliable internet connection. In this course, we demonstrate how to connect the SOI app to Snap Online to download surveys and upload responses.

Objective

Attending this course will enable you to:

• Set up a survey for SOI and share with an interviewer
• Attach files to offline survey responses, e.g. images, audio recordings, or PDFs
• Upload and manage a participant list for distribution
• Save and resume interviews
• View live survey results
