How old do I have to be to attend?

We recommend that only guests 4 years old and older attend product making workshops as guests are required to wear protective gloves for the product making. As guests get very hands-on with the product ingredients, for health and safety reasons we recommend guests are 4 years old or older.

All attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

Accepted Answer

All attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in store. Non-participating adults do not need a ticket for supervising at one of our workshops, however we're happy to show you around our product range in the meantime. Perhaps a skincare consultation or a hand and arm massage?

Question 3

We do not have customer toilets available.

Accepted Answer

We recommend taking a trip to the bathroom before attending the event. If a guest does need to use the toilet during the workshop we are unable to pause the experience and the event will continue running.

Question 4

Wear clothes you don't mind getting glittery/soapy!

Gloves will be provided to help make your bath bomb, but please wear something casual just in case of any messiness.

What can I expect at the event?

The event will involve participating in a group product making workshop, getting hands-on with squidgy bubblebar making using gloves and the change to use other products like shower jellies and lotions. There will be music playing in the store which is well lit. The store itself is accessible.
