SNOWDON HIKE 2025

This October, The Connect Club invites you to take part in our Snowdon Hike in collaboration with Smile Aid. A chance to bring the community together, to summit Wales’ highest peak (Yr Wyddfa) via the Llanberis Path, all whilst raising vital funds to support Smile Aid's underpriviledged children's education appeal.

In Pakistan, over 55 million people live below the poverty line, making education a luxury for many.

100% of ALL ticket sales and donations will go directly to the cause.

This is your chance to:

• Join a guided hike and walk side by side with a welcoming community
• Stepping up to support children who deserve an education and brighter futures
• Experiencing the beauty of Snowdonia
• Meeting likeminded individuals, all for a good cause

EVENT DETAILS:

📅 DATE: Saturday 11th October 2025.

🕒 TIME: 7:30am: arrivals & registration begins / 8:45am: briefing begins / 9:00am: hike starts PROMPT (5pm expected finish time)

📍MEETING POINT: Snowdon Mountain Railway station, Llanberis, Caernarfon, LL55 4TU

🚗 CAR PARK:

Primary Car Park: Maes Parcio Parc Padarn, Caernarfon, LL55 4TY

Overflow Car Park: Snowdon Car Park, Llanberis, Caernarfon LL55 4TY

🥾 ROUTE: Llanberis Path (approx 15km) - at a steady pace

❗LEVEL: Challenging trek - There will be incline, so a good level of physical fitness is required so you have an enjoyable experince.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Fundraising AND non-fundraising options available
• This event is open to ALL
• Dedicated Whatsapp group for those who would like to car share and arrange transport.
• A kit list will be emailed to you.
• This is a community hike

• Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE
• 100% ticket sales and donations will go towards the cause
• Minimum age to join is 18
• Content will be shot on the day (photography and videography) - should you not want to be in content, let us know on the day and measures will be put in place to respect your wishes.
