Capel Curig Circuit ‘Trees with a long view’
Half day, low level walk.
Capel Curig is a harmonious settlement in a surprisingly pastoral setting, it is surrounded by woodland, mostly of an ancient nature, and sliced through by a tumbling river. This walk circles the village taking in in some of the most spectacular gorges, waterfalls and areas of woodland in Snowdonia. History and nature in abundance.
Meet: Tyn y Coed 1.00 pm This circular walk will leave, after lunch, from the Tyn y Coed, meet by the stagecoach and return to the Tyn y Coed by 4.30 pm. This is easy low level walking but good footwear and waterproof coats will be necessary. Circular walk. Ideal for children. No dogs. Under 16's only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
