In this interactive session for all HR Professionals, Sarah Maggs is returning to the Branch to present and open audience discussion on the aspects and many facets of “Talent Management and how this differs / is perceived within Organisations / Sectors. Sarah actively encourages the audience to discuss their views on talent management and how they embed and use this within their Organisations. You will hear Sarah’s views, her experience as well as the challenges she faced / techniques she’s used over the years to overcome these.
Sarah Maggs is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ human resources experience. Prior to setting up as an Independent Consultant Sarah was Group Head of Talent Management for Orange where she successfully implemented a talent programme across thirteen countries for the top 200 Senior Executives. This included a deployment strategy for top talent. In her previous role of Head of Performance and Capability, UK she developed and implemented a strategic workforce plan and performance management process in conjunction with the local HRBPs.
Sarah has a BSc in Mathematics and Management Science and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is also a qualified Career Counsellor and Executive Coach. She is also level A and B qualified and uses MBTI, NEO PI-R, FIROB, WAVE, OPQ, EQi and Hogan suite with clients.
