Join us on Thursday January 28th 2021 from 16:00 to 16:45 for our Virtual SOA 2021: Who Do You Know? Event in order to:
• Amplify the communications message around the Soldiering On Awards 2021 nomination process; it will open on Monday January 18th 2021 and close on March 19th 2021.
• Announce the key dates for SOA2021, what the award categories are and who the award sponsors will be.
We will have a small panel discussion on the value of the Awards for the community and society at large; particularly at this time. The panel will consist of:
• Sir John McColl, Chairman Cobseo and a member of the Soldiering On Awards Independent Judging Panel.
• Nikki Scott, Founder of Scotty’s Little Soldiers and Winner of the SOA2020 Family Values Award.
• Sir Laurence New CB CBE CCMI, 24th Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man, Major General (Ret’d) and SOA2020 Nominator.
Let’s remember the words quoted at the 2020 finalists reception; these awards are the opportunity to recognise “extraordinary people doing extraordinary things”.
