Delegates will be divided into groups to undertake workshops.

Refreshments will be available during the workshops.

Each group will have a facilitator.

Group 1: How to tell someone they live on/own a residential Part 2A property (with risks from lead and TCE)

Group 2: How to answer a phone to a member of the public with a concern (whether you are a consultant, land owner, regulator or planner) – no face contact or body language

Group 3: How to tell someone, that had previously been told their property was clean, when it wasn’t (in relation to asbestos)

Group 4: How to explain to someone who wants an extension that they have to carry out site investigation and remediation first because they live on low priority but not greenfield land.
